Festivals – Collective Heritage Power Point Presentation The beauty of the world lies in the diversity of its people. It is for all of us to understand and appreciate the diversity of various cultures, people and nations. To sensitize the students regarding this diversity, the students of classes IX and X were encouraged top prepare a Power Point Presentation on the countries of India, Spain, Japan USA and France. Six teams comprising of three students each worked on collecting the information regarding the festivals of the above stated countries. Working under the guidance of the computer Science Teachers Ms. Seema Vigh and Ms. Mamta Chaudhary, the student s were asked to prepare a power point presentation of 12-14 slides showcasing the various, festivals, traditions, art and culture of the countries in focus. It is an essential feature of any festivities . To enlighten the students regarding the various kinds of dishes prepared for various festivals in India, Spain ,Japan, France and USA , an inter House competition was organised for the students of classes VI and VIII. The students of all the teams enthusiastically participated, researching, finalizing and arranging for the dishes of the counties allotted to them. All the teams worked under the guidance and supervision of the Home Science Teacher Ms. Aaradhana Bhattacharya and the English Teacher Ms.Vandana Jain.They guided the students regarding the ingredients of the various dishes and also told them about the nutritional value of their contents. ISA Activity – 1 ORGANIC IDEAS – GATEWAY TO GLOBAL HEALTH “BEAUTY IS THE ILLUMINATION OF YOUR SOUL” If that beauty can be illuminated using homemade organic cosmetic products, then it is truly an icing on the cake. Everybody wants to use products that are healthy for their body and skin and nowadays people are more aware of using organic products. Students of SMJPS showcased their talent by preparing organic cosmetic products in an Inhouse Activity on ‘Organic Ideas – Gateway to Global Health’ on 27 th Nov 2019.  The students of classes IX and XI enthusiastically participated under the guidance of Guide teachers – Mrs. Archana Ahuja, Mrs. Vidhu Trikha and Mrs. Ritika Handa.
