6. MORNING
ASSEMBLY
A soothing morning assembly sets a positive tone
for the whole day.
During the months
of January and February, each day, it was organised with serenity‐-commencing
with Morning Prayer which was followed by yoga practice.
Students learnt
about yoga performed in the other countries - Japan, Singapore and Malaysia
apart from India to synchronize their body movements along with proper
breathing techniques. This activity was collectively supervised by all staff members
in the morning assembly.
