YOGA: THE POWER OF HEALING

ISA ACTIVITY NO. 4

 2. ANNUAL DAY( NOVEMBER)...

Success is practiced; success is earned and then

shared...

After rigorous practice schedule, our students gave their best performance on the ANNUAL DAY in the month of November.  Around 250 students from classes IV to XI performed yog asans with grace and poise.

The spectacular presentation was interspersed with music and the use of props like malkhambs, hooplas, balls and stools was amazingly presented. The outstanding performance also showcased fusion yoga....merging Indian yoga with the other forms of yoga practiced in Japan, Malaysia and Singapore

The beautiful presentation was the result of the tremendous collective efforts of all the students and the teacher incharges Ms Rekha Naidu, Ms Meeta, Ms Shweta, Ms Gurmeet Kaur and other staff members too.
